Baltimore's Bolton Hill, Mount Vernon, and Station North neighborhoods fill with art and culture this weekend when Artscape takes over the streets. Billed as the "largest free art festival in the country," Artscape promises a concert series, performance art, an art car exhibition, craftspeople, international food, and more. This year, music headliners include Brian McNight, Clutch, Celebration, the Junkyard Saints, and Emma White. More than 350,000 people are expected to attend.
